Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Staff Structural Engineer (PE or Senior EIT) for a hybrid USA role. You will lead projects across manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, and utilities, mentor junior engineers, and work with diverse disciplines. Travel may be required within the United States.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of structural experience, a PE license or Senior EIT candidate status, and a bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, with strong knowledge of IBC, ACI, and AISC codes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant structural engineering project experience.
• PE license or Senior EIT candidate planning to take PE within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of USA codes (IBC, ACI, AISC).
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead project components and mentor junior engineers.
• Develop calculations, plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with EOR and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project life cycle.
• Perform construction administration and field observations.
• Travel for project-related activities as needed.
