IMEG is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer in Dallas, TX. The role offers two tracks: Technical Path and Project Management Path, leading design for moderate to complex projects and supporting higher complexity work with limited senior staff.

You will manage analyses, mentor staff, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver safe, efficient structures that meet client expectations and budgets.

Formación

• BS in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering required or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Structural Engineer (SE) license and/or SE Exam required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structural systems analysis and design for moderate to complex projects.
• Create designs, specifications, and calculations to IMEG standards.
• Perform site assessments and generate analyses and reports.
• Build client relationships through clear communication.
• Review designs and ensure quality control per IMEG and client requirements.
• Provide training and mentoring to staff.
