Qualifications

• BS in Civil/Structural/Architectural Eng or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 7+ years in building design consulting; 12+ preferred.
• Proficiency with structural design techniques and design standards.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and client-relations skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and work in a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for structural system analyses.
• Create detailed designs, specs and calculations to code and IMEG standards.
• Perform site assessments and generate technical reports.
• Interact with clients to gather requirements and maintain relationships.
• Provide in-process design reviews and QA to meet quality standards.
• Offer technical training and mentoring; assist with field issue resolution.
• Stay current with industry trends and support innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
