Job summary

IMEG Corporation in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer focused on rehabilitation and facility performance. You will lead complex projects, evaluate and repair existing buildings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across Texas markets.

Responsibilities include design leadership, client communication, and oversight of structural analysis and reports, with up to 20% travel and a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• BS degree in civil/structural/architectural engineering; PE licensure required.
• 7+ years in building design consulting; 12+ preferred.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and client-relations skills.
• Proficiency in structural analysis, design, and code compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for analysis of structural systems.
• Create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations to code requirements and IMEG standards.
• Perform site assessments and generate detailed analysis and technical reports.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and build relationships.
• Provide in-process design reviews and QA of designs and documentation.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical training.
• Stay current with industry trends and innovations; contribute to IMEG initiatives.
• Prioritize safety and uphold professional conduct.
