Job summary

WSP in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join the Property and Buildings Team. You will lead design, analysis, and construction support for complex buildings and infrastructure projects, applying RAM Concept, ETABS, and related tools.

You will guide junior engineers, manage scope and QA/QC, and collaborate with architects, planners, and regulators to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient structures across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant post-education experience.
• Engineer in Training Certification.
• Proficient in structural design principles and applicable codes.
• Experience with design and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction plans and specifications for projects.
• Lead multi-site due diligence, investigations, remediation, and construction support.
• Prepare data and visualizations, including calculations and 2D/3D illustrations.
• Manage projects and guide junior engineers; ensure QA/QC compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
