Job summary

WSP in Dallas, TX seeks a Full-Time Consultant Structural Engineer to support the design, development, and construction of building and infrastructure projects. You will assist with research, documentation, and site condition assessments while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

You will work under supervision with the Property and Buildings Team, applying knowledge of structural analysis, design software, and BIM tools to deliver sound engineering solutions for clients in both

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant post-education experience.
• Familiarity with structural and civil construction laws, codes, regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic professional structural engineering work and site condition investigations.
• Provide entry-level technical assistance on design requirements and safety/functionality considerations.
• Prepare documentation using drawings, 2D/3D illustrations, and site logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and project procedures.
• Collect and analyze data from surveys, blueprints, GIS data and geotechnical data.
