Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Vice President, Structural Engineering to lead our Dallas-based Property & Buildings team. This senior role provides strategic direction, oversees complex multi-site design projects, and mentors engineers to deliver safe, compliant, and innovative structures.

You will apply advanced structural techniques, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and schedules, and represent the firm with clients and regulatory bodies to advance a broad portfolio of building

Qualifications

• BS in Structural/Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Professional Engineer license required; 12+ years' experience.
• Proficient in structural design, codes, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural engineering efforts for multi-site projects.
• Mentor and guide engineers and teams across disciplines.
• Coordinate design reviews, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and QA/QC requirements.
• Develop and present technical reports and client communications.
