Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license required.
• 12+ years of relevant post-education experience.
• Proficient with structural engineering principles and design/build processes.
• Experience with rehabilitation, new design, and construction projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site design and supervision of structural projects.
• Develop construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and manage budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with owners, sub-consultants, and clients.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations.
