Job summary

You will mentor engineers, develop budgets and schedules, and play a key role in business development and client satisfaction. PE preferred if not already attained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 7 years structural engineering experience; EPC project experience preferred.
• FE exam completed; PE license preferred or in process.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design from conceptual phase through design completion for diverse projects.
• Prepare specifications, data sheets, RFQs, technical bid summaries and purchase recommendations.
• Review vendor drawings and interface with suppliers, clients, and other disciplines.
• Develop project schedules, scope, budgets, staffing and construction planning; manage changes.
• Provide QA/QC and ensure compliance with safety policies and standards.
• Mentor engineers and lead discipline design on large projects.
