Job summary
EY-Parthenon, the Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice within EY, seeks a Senior Associate-Consultant to drive operational and commercial value for PE firms, portfolio companies and corporates. You will execute transaction lifecycle projects, assess EBITDA upside, and shape value creation plans across revenue, cost and working capital improvements.
You will also contribute to media-focused value creation initiatives, collaborating with executives across Studios, Content & IP, Sports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, engineering, analytics or related fields with 2 years of experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
- Strategy and operations management consulting experience required.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and modeling skills.
- Experience in due diligence, value creation and performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Execute operational projects across the full transaction lifecycle.
- Lead or support due diligence, synergy assessment and performance improvement.
- Contribute to carve-outs, integrations and go-to-market value initiatives.
- Support media clients with revenue growth, pricing and monetization strategies.
