Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Value Creation practice seeks a Senior Associate-Consultant to drive EBITDA uplift through operational improvements and revenue growth on transaction projects for PE and corporate clients.

Based in San Francisco with a hybrid in-person/remote model, you’ll lead due diligence, integration planning, and value-creation initiatives across media sectors while collaborating with senior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Sports Management, or Entertainment Management and 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• Strategy and operations management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving/modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Experience in due diligence, value creation, performance improvement, and business integrations or carve-outs.
• Understanding of financial statements and EBITDA relationships.

• Execute operational‑focused projects across the transaction lifecycle.
• Perform due diligence, integration planning, and post‑acquisition value‑creation activities.
• Contribute to commercial value creation initiatives across media sub‑sectors.
• Develop data‑driven insights and maintain strong client relationships.
