Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Strategy and Business Transformation Consultant to support an emergency management client in Washington, DC. You will help define program strategy, document current processes, and design streamlined operations to meet federal requirements.

The role requires obtaining and maintaining a Federal Public Trust, with 5+ years in related fields, and the ability to work onsite in Washington, DC at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.
• Five (5) years of experience in business analysis, project/program management, strategy consulting or business transformation.
• Ability to work at client site in Washington, DC at least 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide business transformation and program strategy support for an emergency management client.
• Facilitate strategic leadership alignment workshops and planning.
• Document and redesign business processes to improve operations.
