Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Strategy and Transformation Consultant to support national security and federal law enforcement clients from our Washington, DC office. You will transform processes, develop organizational strategies, and drive performance improvements on multi-stakeholder programs.

The role demands strong communication, data analysis, and the ability to lead workstreams with minimal supervision. On-site presence in DC is required. A active TS clearance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy and transformation initiatives from planning through execution.
