Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior leader to drive large-scale Federal consulting engagements in the Washington, DC area. You will oversee multi‑disciplinary teams, partner with Civilian Agencies, and deliver programs spanning managed services, loan servicing, and finance modernization.

The role requires a Federal/Public Trust adjudication, 7+ years of federal consulting experience, and a willingness to travel. Hybrid work with 3–5 days on-site near the client is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain approved adjudication prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
• 7+ years of post-graduation consulting experience in federal transportation consulting/research.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Federal engagements with teams of 25–200+ professionals.
• Strong expertise in operations management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Ability to travel.
• Hybrid role may require 3–5 days on-site at the Client's office.
• Open to candidates within 50 miles of Washington DC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support large-scale Federal consulting engagements ranging from 25 to more than 200 team members.
• Drive operational excellence and organizational transformation initiatives for Federal clients.
• Partner with Federal Civilian Agencies, including key accounts such as USDA, GSA, DOL, USAC, and DOC.
• Deliver complex engagements across areas such as managed services and outsourcing, loan servicing, financial management and accounting, and enterprise PMO operations.
