The Senior Strategy & Business Operations Associate partners with Success leadership to translate strategy into an operating plan, align cross-functional teams, and shape prioritization, reporting, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

3-5 years in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or customer success operations.
Ability to influence senior leaders and translate data into actionable insights.
Track record owning decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Disciplined prioritization when managing a heavy workload.
Exceptional written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic thought partner to Success leadership for planning and execution.
Channel frontline intelligence into Strategic Execution's prioritization and reporting.
Support cross-team prioritization by assessing dependencies and risks.
Maintain the department's operating rhythm through cross-team forums.
Recommend actions with dependencies and AI maturity signals.
Contribute to executive reporting and annual planning.
