Job summary

Seen Health, Inc. is seeking a senior individual contributor in Strategy & Operations to optimize the care model and growth of the program. You will work directly with senior leaders across clinical, finance, health plan, growth, and technology to drive outcomes and cost efficiency.

The role focuses on scaling our PACE-based model, expanding centers, integrating partners, and building workflows and economic visibility to support sustainable, high-quality senior care.

Qualifications

• Requires strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience spanning care delivery and health plan operations preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Based in Los Angeles / San Gabriel Valley, on-site with care teams regularly.

Responsibilities

• Harden, standardize, and scale internal workflows across teams and sites.
• Define problems, build first versions, and prove outcomes improve care and reduce costs.
• Decide insourcing, hybridizing, or outsourcing, and contribute to market launch playbooks.
• Build agents and automations for high-leverage workflows with HIPAA-compliant tools.
• Run operations and build medical economics visibility with MLR and P&L links.
• Lead cross-departmental integration across centers, partners, and acquisitions.
• Oversee launch readiness for new centers and service lines with proper resourcing.
