Health-E Commerce is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to architect and run the operational backbone of Patiently as it scales. You will coordinate clinical and provider workflows, pharmacy and fulfillment partners, customer support, and platform partners while partnering with Marketing, Product, Analytics, CS, Finance and Operations to remove constraints.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5+ years in healthcare operations, telehealth, or similar regulated environment.
• Experience managing external partners against defined service levels and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows across multiple orgs and systems.
• Proven success building processes, reporting and operating cadences in a growing business.
• Strong analytical judgment using data to identify risks, priorities and performance.
• Ownership mindset with hands-on operating style to diagnose issues and scale solutions.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and progress before every boundary is fully defined.
