Seen Health in Los Angeles is seeking a senior individual contributor to shape and run Strategy & Operations for our growing PACE program. You will blend clinical insight with operations, shaping center economics, workflows, and partner integrations to scale from 400 to 500 participants and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in managed care operations spanning care delivery and health plan ops.
• Experience with risk-based models is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Sharpen the care model by improving workflows and scaling across sites.
• Build unbuilt areas of the care model, define problems, and prove improvements.
• Decide what to insource, hybridize, or outsource and influence market launches.
• Build agents and automations for high-leverage workflows with testing standards.
• Run operations between care delivery and the health plan, making processes lean and auditable.
• Develop medical economics visibility with P&Ls and cost PMPM metrics.
• Lead integrations across departments, partners, and markets to rollout new services.
