Job summary

Big Leap Health, Inc. is seeking a Strategy & Ops leader to define and scale the function as we rapidly grow. You will partner with the CEO, drive quarterly planning, coordinate with payer networks, and guide leadership on critical initiatives.

The role emphasizes judgment over a fixed specialty, with potential to build a team and own major company-wide projects in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of full-time experience, including time at a fast-growing startup
• Analytical by instinct with ability to defend every assumption in a model
• Ability to turn ambiguity into a plan quickly and execute it
• Comfortable in external conversations with payers, clinicians, or clinic owners
• Strong writing and presentation skills suitable for board memos and pitches
• Ownership mentality and entrepreneurial drive with a sense of urgency
• Familiarity with digital health or willingness to learn a new sector

Responsibilities

• Define and shape our Strategy & Ops function and timelines
• Run planning cadences, align leadership on quarterly objectives
• Lead external conversations with payer networks and advisory boards
• Rebuild operating models, pricing, and unit economics as needed
• Own or create projects until a clear recommendation and plan exist
• Lead or influence efforts on GTM, outbound, and sales process improvements
• Mentor junior teammates as the function scales
