Spring Health seeks a Strategy & Operations Lead for Care Delivery Programs to shape and deliver strategic initiatives spanning service lines and functions. You will synthesize evidence into strategy, business cases, and operating models, then mobilize partners to achieve sustained outcomes.

You will work across clinical, product, finance, analytics, and quality teams to address complex challenges and deliver value while safeguarding member safety and access to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, business operations, consulting, program leadership, or a related field.
• Owning high-impact initiatives across multiple functions and delivering results through adoption.
• Strong strategic and analytical judgment to frame problems and translate evidence into recommendations.
• Experience building business cases with Finance or Analytics to quantify costs and benefits.
• Systems thinking and scalable operating models, governance, and metrics.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
• Strong program leadership with prioritization, risk management, and change adoption.
• Experience balancing financial and operational goals with member outcomes, quality and access.
• Experience evaluating or delivering AI-enabled workflow improvements and measuring adoption.
• Healthcare, mental health, leaves of absence, or complex service environments preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled workflow improvements across teams.
• CLMS certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsabilités

• Set strategic direction for a portfolio of care delivery services and align with business priorities and outcomes.
• Assess opportunities and trade-offs across services to improve quality, value, and sustainable economics.
• Develop business cases for significant service changes including cost, capacity, revenue, and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation and evaluation.
• Establish shared planning, measurement, and coordination across services for consistent improvements.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities and lead workflow redesign and adoption.
• Measure and communicate impact on efficiency, quality, and service outcomes; promote responsible AI use.
• Partner with Finance and commercial teams on service economics, pricing, and commitments.
