myPlace Health, a SCAN Group affiliate, seeks an Executive Director to lead strategy, operations, culture, and financial performance for an assigned market. You will partner with clinical and national leaders to drive high-quality care and exceptional participant experience while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a healthcare field, 10+ years in healthcare ops, and 7+ years in leadership, with experience in PACE or similar value-based care models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare-related field (permitted disciplines listed).
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience.
• 7+ years supervisory/managerial/executive leadership experience.
• Passion for serving high-risk, vulnerable older adults.
• Experience leading care delivery or management within PACE or similar models.
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor high-performing teams.
• Strong communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior operating leader for an assigned market with accountability for strategy, operations, culture, growth, participant experience, compliance, and financial performance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing market team and build relationships with community/regulatory partners.
• Ensure market operations align with PACE requirements and organizational goals.
• Drive high-quality care outcomes, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budget development, resource planning, and financial monitoring.
• Represent the organization to providers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to adapt the care model to community needs and scale across markets.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and operational ownership.
