Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead for Care Delivery Programs to shape a portfolio of strategic initiatives across service lines. You will partner with clinical, product, finance, analytics, and commercial teams to drive durable improvements in safety, quality, access, and outcomes.

You will use independent judgment to translate evidence into strategy, business cases, and operating models, while guiding adoption and ensuring sustainable value.

Qualifications

5+ years in strategy and operations, business operations, consulting, or related field.
Proven track record delivering high-impact initiatives across multiple functions.
Experience building business cases with Finance or Analytics.

Responsibilities

Set strategic direction for a portfolio of care delivery services and map to business priorities.
Develop business cases for service and operating model changes and assess impact on cost and outcomes.
Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation and evaluation.
Establish shared planning, measurement, and coordination across services.
