Viral Nation is hiring an Associate Director, Strategy to independently drive senior-level strategy work for clients and growth. You will turn culture, data, and business challenges into compelling strategic recommendations and own major projects end-to-end.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across Creative, Talent, Accounts, Paid Media, and Measurement to deliver social-first strategies and measurable outcomes for Fortune 500 and enterprise brands.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading senior-level strategy for Fortune 500/enterprise brands.
• Experience turning insights into clear strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead senior-level strategy end-to-end across client and growth opportunities.
• Turn qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations that drive client and business outcomes.
• Own quality and delivery of strategic work across major projects within large accounts.
• Architect integrated, social-first strategies with fluency across influencer, community, earned, experiential, and owned.
• Partner with clients to define business problems and translate data-backed recommendations into direction.
• Define KPIs and success metrics aligned with BI; adapt strategy based on performance.
• Recommend strategic direction and guide decisions on accounts, pitches, and workstreams.
• Drive innovation by introducing new frameworks and tools.
