Viral Nation is seeking an Analytic Lead to drive data-driven decision-making across client and internal teams. You will extract patterns and insights, translate them into strategic recommendations, and influence executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

You will shape measurement across paid media, influencer, social, and retail channels, build predictive models, and lead a high-performing analytics team to deliver scalable reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in analytics, research, and measurement with leadership experience.
• Experience translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
• Ability to design scalable measurement frameworks for paid media, influencer, social, and retail channels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior analytics partner to stakeholders translating objectives into measurement frameworks.
• Advise executive leadership on marketing, retail, and digital investment decisions using data-driven insights.
• Own end-to-end measurement strategy across paid media, influencer, social, and retail channels.
• Forecast incremental revenue and lift by linking media spend, influencer activity, and sales velocity.
• Design ROI frameworks including brand lift, sales lift, incrementality testing, and MMM.
• Build scalable systems to evaluate influencer effectiveness, content performance, and audience growth.
• Identify trends to inform brand strategy and go-to-market planning.
• Lead and scale a high-performing analytics team with a culture of rigor and storytelling.
• Oversee scalable data infrastructure, automated reporting, dashboards, and executive reporting.
