Qualifications

• 4+ years in performance-driven digital marketing with deep paid social expertise.
• Experience mentoring teams and driving multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and measurement.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships with platforms like Meta/TikTok/Google.
• Advanced media planning, audience strategy, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of full-funnel, cross-channel paid media strategies.
• Own campaign performance across paid social, paid search, and programmatic.
• Translate client goals into media plans, budget allocation, and channel mix.
• Serve as senior strategic lead, guiding optimization frameworks and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate to develop performance-driven insights and client narratives.
• Produce weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly performance reports and reviews.
• Mentor Sr. Associates and contribute to new business pitches.
• Drive experimentation across creative, audiences, bidding, and platforms.
