You will lead qualitative research, develop briefs, and guide cross‑discipline teams to translate insights into actionable opportunities.

The role demands 4+ years of integrated strategy experience, strong storytelling, and the ability to simplify complex challenges for varied audiences.

Qualificações

• 4+ years experience developing integrated brand and communications strategies.
• Proven track record of strong, consistent strategic ideas.
• Deep understanding of how brands earn attention across digital, social, and real-world experiences.
• High standard for clarity, craft, and detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead qualitative research, from quick cultural inputs to deeper exploratory studies.
• Develop clear, inspiring creative briefs and guide others in doing the same, translating audience insights and business priorities into actionable opportunities.
• Build brand frameworks, integrated communications plans, and consumer journeys.
• Define clear communications jobs to be done and channel roles across paid, owned, earned, social, digital, and in-store experiences.
• Synthesize signals across data, culture, and category to give teams a clear point of view on what matters to people and how the brand can respond.
• Surface new growth opportunities and strategic value for creative and brand teams.
• Guide multi-disciplinary teams in measurement and learning agendas.
• Provide thought leadership on culture, human behavior, and category dynamics.
• Build strong knowledge of the client’s business and competitive landscape.
• Thoughtfully apply AI to sharpen strategy and speed insights while preserving a strong strategic POV.
