Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in leadership within agency/marketing or client services.
• Five years in a senior supervisory role as an Account team leader/senior client advisor.
• Experience in complex healthcare, pharmaceutical, or retail marketing.
• Experience leading integrated marketing programs across multiple channels and disciplines.
• Strong business and financial acumen; portfolio management, forecasting, staffing, profitability.
