Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Sr Analyst, Strategic Planning & Insights to own and integrate large datasets, model retail problems, and surface actionable insights to drive commercial strategy and sales execution.

You will collaborate with business leadership, CAP teams, and data engineers to translate metrics into scalable data assets and reporting, enabling automation and data-driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in math, finance, engineering, statistics, business or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data analytics in a large company or fast-paced environment.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in PowerBI
• Experience with Snowflake and SQL queries
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven decision making
• Experience with large structured and unstructured data sets
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Advance data analysis skills, programming, & data engineering.
• Lead sales analytics projects with CAP, BU, and Field Sales to provide tools and insights to leadership teams.
• Integrate information across groups and projects to avoid silos.
• Translate business questions into data requirements and define gaps and plan.
• Distill findings into concrete insights and effective storytelling.
• Create data visualizations that relate findings to business impact
• Partner with IT to turn data into critical information and validation frameworks
• Validate findings using iterative experimentation
• Act as liaison between technical and business teams to enable scalable reporting
