Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago is seeking an Associate Director, Advanced Analytics—Growth & Manufacturing to lead the analytics function, building AI/ML/BI solutions that unlock value in marketing, R&D, and manufacturing.

You will define the analytics roadmap, lead a team of analysts and data scientists, partner with product and business leaders, and drive agile delivery to accelerate Kraft Heinz's digital transformation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required.
7+ years in analytics with 3+ years in people management.
Deploy ML/AI solutions across marketing, R&D, or manufacturing domains.
Experience in marketing analytics: MMM, attribution, segmentation.
Experience with Python, R, SQL, PowerBI; ML modeling and cloud data platforms.
Proven ability to lead a team and manage executive stakeholders.
Experience leading change management for technology adoption.
Familiarity with Agile/scrum, product thinking, and data governance.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the analytics roadmap aligned to AI and digital transformation.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts and data scientists.
Partner with Analytics Products to shape strategy across Growth & Manufacturing.
Collaborate with Marketing on MMM, segmentation, attribution, and forecasting.
Partner with R&D to develop predictive models for pipeline prioritization.
Work with Manufacturing on OEE optimization and predictive maintenance.
Collaborate with L&D to build analytics literacy and adoption programs.
Champion agile delivery and translate business requirements into user stories.
