Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Chicago at the Aon Center is seeking a Senior Analyst, BUSales & Strategy to enable growth in category sales and deliver data-driven assortment, pricing, merchandising and shelving recommendations. You will develop insights-based selling stories and collaborate with internal teams and customers to optimize strategies.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance, supporting the annual operating plan, forecasting for launches, and communicating supply challenges and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years in business, sales, data analytics, retail or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Accurate and timely reporting with drive to improve and streamline processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance to support BU sales routines.
• Support development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan.
• Support new product launches with sell-in forecasting and performance tracking.
• Develop category and brand strategies for pricing, distribution, merchandising.
• Leverage insights and retail analytics to support category leadership.
• Provide data analyses for selling story development.
• Lead communication and drive execution of brand initiatives to field sales.
• Run forecasting and tracking of seasonal products and in-store displays.
• Communicate supply challenges and waste risks by category to Field Sales.
