Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, is seeking a Senior Associate-Consultant to support Deal Technology in Strategy and Execution. You’ll work on operational-focused projects, assist with pre- and post-deal activities, and partner with CEOs, Boards, and PE clients. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
• 2+ years of related work experience or 18 months with graduate degree.
• Experience in management consulting is required or strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and both quantitative and qualitative reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operational projects across multiple sectors.
• Develop strategies for transactions and assist in due diligence.
• Help plan pre-deal and post-deal integration activities.
• Contribute to client service delivery with a commercial mindset.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams.
