Job summary

EY-Parthenon is recruiting for a Senior Associate-Consultant to join the Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice. You’ll support and execute operational projects across industries, helping clients shape value through pre-deal and post-deal engagements, including integration planning and tracking.

You will develop experience across multiple engagements, working with client service teams to translate analytics into actionable strategies in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with ~2 years of related work experience; or graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Aptitude for both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with client relationships.
• Expertise in at least two IT skill areas from the listed IT capabilities.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours when needed.
