Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Associate-Consultant to support and execute operationally focused projects within the Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice. You will help develop pre-deal and post-deal strategies, driving value for clients across multiple sectors.

Ideal candidates bring a consulting background, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex data insights. Hybrid client work expects on-site and flexible travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or Analytics plus 2 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience with strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operational focused projects across sectors, assisting client service teams.
• Develop experience across pre-deal and post-deal engagements such as carve-out and integration planning.
• Demonstrate a commercial mindset to drive value to clients.
