Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice seeks a Senior Associate-Consultant to support and execute operational projects across a broad client base. You’ll help develop and execute strategies for transactions, including pre‑deal and post‑deal work, with a commercial mindset at the core.

We look for management consulting experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, CS, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience; or graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• The ability to prioritize effectively and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operational focused projects across sectors.
• Assist with execution of projects and develop strategies for transactions.
• Develop experience across pre‑deal and post‑deal engagements.
