Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice seeks a Senior Associate-Consultant to support and execute operational projects across multiple sectors. You will assist in pre-deal and post-deal engagements, including integration planning, while developing experience across various engagements and maintaining client relationships.

The role emphasizes a commercial mindset, project management, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights within EY’s hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred and management consulting experience is valued.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
