Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate-Consultant to support and execute operational projects across diverse industries. You will help develop strategies for transactions and work on complex deal-related initiatives within the Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice.

You will gain experience across pre-deal and post-deal engagements, using your analytical mindset to derive value and enable client success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics, or graduate degree with 18 months of related experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.
