Job summary

Relativity seeks a Senior Strategy & Business Operations Associate to partner with Relativity Success leadership and across Success teams. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on analysis to shape planning cycles, resource allocation, and AI-driven improvements that drive value for customers and internal stakeholders.

You will own the operating rhythm, channel frontline intelligence into executive-ready updates, and influence leadership decisions through clear, quantitative insights

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, business operations, management consulting, or customer success operations in SaaS/tech.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience owning decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and launching new processes or capabilities.
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage a heavy workload and surface trade-offs clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience in executive-facing contexts and AI-enabled operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to Success leadership, supporting the planning, alignment, and execution of the department's operating rhythm.
• Partner with Relativity Success teams to translate on-the-ground intelligence into Strategic Execution's prioritization and reporting.
• Support cross-team prioritization, assess dependencies, surface conflicts, and anchor sequencing decisions to goals.
• Maintain visibility into in-flight work to reflect a complete department picture in prioritization and reporting.
• Recommend actions alongside findings, highlighting cross-team dependencies, risks, and AI maturity signals with proposed next steps.
• Contribute to executive reporting and annual planning using current intelligence on adoption and cross-team dynamics.
