Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Strategy & BizOps Senior Manager / Manager to join a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This remote role partners with senior leadership on critical growth questions and will help build operating cadences, reporting infrastructure, and decision-making frameworks to scale in a fast-moving, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in finance, management consulting, or high-growth startups.
• Strong analytical skills, including financial data analysis and modeling.
• Ability to structure and manage ambiguous problems pragmatically.
• Prior experience building trust and collaborating effectively across functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort moving between strategy and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership on high-priority business questions and strategic initiatives
• Develop operating systems, reporting structures, and decision frameworks to support growth
• Execute initiatives without a designated owner, from scoping through implementation
• Improve weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting rhythms
• Create dashboards and metrics that strengthen leadership decision-making
• Design and optimize AI-enabled workflows and tool recommendations based on current technology needs
• Solve complex operational challenges quickly and in a cross-functional manner
