Ladders is seeking a Director of Consumer Growth - AI-Native (Remote) to lead growth strategies in healthcare. You will own paid and organic growth, design AI-enabled workflows, and build scalable systems with product and engineering partners for rapid experimentation and high-volume creative output.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a fast-paced, AI‑driven environment, focusing on media efficiency and rapid iteration to drive meaningful business results.

Formación

• 10+ years in growth or performance marketing.
• 5+ years in paid social and search management.
• Proven track record managing multi‑million‑dollar media budgets against CAC and payback targets.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents or automation in campaign management and creative production.
• Experience in organic channels like SEO, content, or organic social alongside paid.
• Strong understanding of growth economics, including incrementality testing and post-iOS attribution.
• Experience leading small teams and managing agency relationships.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate AI agent infrastructure for growth initiatives.
• Design the orchestration layer for paid media with minimal human oversight.
• Create an AI-assisted creative engine for high-volume ad concept testing.
• Own and scale paid acquisition strategies across various platforms.
• Manage organic acquisition efforts, leveraging AI architecture for SEO and content.
• Oversee a media budget of $5M+, optimizing spend based on performance metrics.
• Prototype new revenue vectors through quick tests and landing pages.
