Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Business Strategy - Product Operations & Chief of Staff for AI Commerce. This remote role partners with the product organization to shape strategy, planning, and execution across customer- and associate-facing experiences in AI-powered shopping and digital commerce.

The candidate will bring operational discipline to cross-functional initiatives, align technology, operations, and business functions, and drive measurable outcomes across global programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 9 years of experience in retail merchandising or operations management.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Significant experience in product operations, strategy and operations, or product leadership within a large organization.
• Familiarity with AI, digital commerce, and platform ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner and operational leader for the AI commerce product organization.
• Drive global planning and execution across AI shopping experiences on external platforms and the company's owned experiences.
• Coordinate initiatives across in-store technology to enhance customer and associate navigation.
• Partner with associate applications and platforms.
• Support product strategy for omnichannel services requiring in-store expertise.
• Drive alignment across corporate technology, including financial systems and communications.
• Analyze metrics against goals and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
