Job summary

LENDABLE is seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst to drive pricing, forecasting and growth across its US operations. You will tackle multi-disciplinary challenges, using data to inform decisions and improve profitability while putting customers at the center of strategy.

You will work cross-functionally with Credit Risk, Growth, and Data Science teams to shape product analytics, monitor performance, and influence senior leadership with clear, data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an analytics role across Growth, Credit Risk, Product Analytics or Marketing.
• Proficiency in coding - ideally SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Drive promotions and pricing strategy through data-driven analysis and experimentation.
• Build insight into marketing campaign and conversion funnel performance.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk Analytics, Growth and Data Science to monitor portfolio performance.
• Define KPIs, develop monitoring, and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Assess feasibility of new product, channel and segment expansion with robust frameworks.
