Job summary

Lendable is a fast-growing fintech, delivering pricing and credit analytics in a hybrid work environment. You will contribute to pricing models, funnel optimisation and risk-based strategies, collaborating with credit and product teams to improve decision making.

You will use Python, ML techniques and large datasets to build and refine pricing solutions, with ownership of tasks and opportunities to impact product and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience using Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn) and SQL.
• Theoretical understanding of core ML techniques and statistical principles.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, comfortable working with large datasets.
• Confident communicator and contributes effectively within a team environment.
• Self-driven and willing to take ownership of specific tasks and analyses.
• 1-2 years' experience in a technical, analytical or data-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Work on pricing, funnel and credit optimisation in the UK Loans team.
• Collaborate with credit and product teams to inform pricing decisions.
• Communicate results clearly to stakeholders and share knowledge with the team.
