Job summary

Figure is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to support loan pricing and commercial pricing models. You will work with the Pricing & Revenue Strategy Lead to execute daily pricing operations and tailor pricing strategies across Figure's partner network.

This is a hands-on role to build fluency in pricing mechanics while contributing to a growing strategic function. You will collaborate with Credit, Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams, developing controls, dashboards, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, capital markets, loan pricing, credit risk, FP&A, or related analytical role
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel, SQL, Python; Tableau for dashboards
• Experience with D2C pricing and AB testing
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate to diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Own execution of loan pricing changes across channels and partners
• Monitor pricing accuracy, controls, and detect discrepancies
• Analyze product performance, funnel, and competitor pricing for optimization
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking pricing and revenue metrics
• Support ad hoc financial and market analysis requests across teams
• Document pricing processes and rationale
