Job summary

Lendable, a fast-growing fintech, is seeking a highly analytical Growth Analyst for the U.S. team. You will uncover opportunities, design strategies, and implement changes to maximise growth and credit quality. You’ll work closely with a Senior Growth Manager in a small, fast-paced team that values ownership and data-driven decision making.

You’ll own analysis of key channels, test pricing and forecast origination volumes while translating insights into actionable plans for the US Loans product.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on analytics experience with data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency in SQL with ability to pull and join large datasets.
• Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis and optimization of US loans acquisition channels.
• Design and test pricing strategies to improve volume and credit quality.
• Forecast origination volume and adjust strategies to hit targets.
• Identify growth opportunities using internal and external datasets.
• Conduct hands-on analysis and drive recommendations using SQL and analytics tools.
