Job summary

Lendbuzz in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Analyst who will inform product strategy across the loan application lifecycle. You will translate product metrics into actionable recommendations to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and operations.

You will design dashboards, conduct exploratory analyses, monitor A/B experiments, and ensure data quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data/product analysis.
• SQL proficiency with complex queries (CTEs, windows).
• Proficiency with BI tools: Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI; DBT is a plus.
• Basic Python and Git knowledge.
• Strong statistical analysis background for experiments.
• Experience with Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel for product analytics.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration (Product, Engineering, Ops).
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and business acumen.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive explorations to uncover user pain points and insights.
• Collaborate with product teams to build reusable data views influencing strategy and development.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and scripting for real-time visibility.
• Track and evaluate product launches and A/B tests; monitor performance post-launch.
• Identify automation opportunities within underwriting, sales, and funding with product/ML teams.
• Participate actively in agile processes from design through deployment.
