Job Summary — The Opportunity
Great sales decisions start with great data. As our Senior Sales Analyst, you'll be the go-to analytics partner for our Sales and Marketing teams, turning commercial data into insights that drive revenue growth and sharpen how we go to market.
In this role, you will own sales performance reporting, pipeline analytics, and marketing ROI analysis, working closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and Sales and Marketing leadership. Reporting to our VP of Corporate Development & Strategy, you'll build on the foundation of our analytics and AI teams, using AI and predictive modeling to create tools our sales teams use every day.
You'll thrive here if you love finding the story in the numbers, enjoy building with modern analytics and AI tools, and can explain complex findings in a way that moves leaders to act.
Key Responsibilities & Outcomes
- Own sales performance reporting. Design and deliver recurring reports on revenue by service line, rep performance, quota attainment, pipeline health, and retention so leadership always has timely, accurate visibility.
- Find where to grow. Analyze trends across accounts, segments, geographies, and service lines, including new logos, churn, wallet share, and cross-sell, to help sales teams focus where it matters most.
- Connect marketing to revenue. Analyze campaign performance, lead source attribution, and digital channel ROI, linking top-of-funnel activity to pipeline and closed revenue to guide investment.
- Build tools the team relies on. Partner with our software engineers and use AI to build self-service tools for Outside Sales, Inside Sales, and Marketing that reduce manual reporting.
- Look ahead. Develop forecasting models and apply predictive analytics to identify at-risk accounts, high-potential prospects, and seasonal revenue patterns.
- Protect data quality. Work with Data Engineering to keep CRM and transaction data clean and consistent, flagging issues and driving them to resolution.
- Turn insights into action. Align with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance on metrics and priorities, and translate findings into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Keep us ahead of the curve. Evaluate and implement emerging analytics and AI tools that strengthen our commercial capabilities.
