Job summary

JM Test Systems is seeking a Director of Operations to unify our locations into a single scalable operation. You will restructure processes, integrate acquisitions, and drive profitability while maintaining safety and customer satisfaction across labs, rental floors, and field sites.

You will collaborate with the CRO, Marketing, and division managers to sharpen pricing, expand services, and build the operational foundation for growth. Strong leadership and data-driven strategy are essential.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is required.
• Proven experience leading operations across multiple locations with P&L accountability.
• Track record of standardizing and scaling multi-location businesses, incl. acquisitions.
• Strong business and financial insight with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to improve efficiency, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction through process and technology.

JobSummary — The Opportunity

Our network of locations is where JM Test Systems deliversfor customers every day, in our labs, on our rental floors, and in the field.As we grow, both organically and through acquisitions, we're looking for aDirector of Operations to bring our locations together into one consistent,scalable operation.

In this role, you will restructure and standardize how ourgrowing locations operate, integrate newly acquired businesses, and build thefoundation that lets us scale, all while driving profitability, revenue growth,turnaround times, safety, and customer satisfaction. You'll partner with ourChief Revenue Officer, Director of Marketing, and division managers to growmarket share, sharpen pricing and service offerings, and bring in the processesand technology that help our teams work smarter.

KeyResponsibilities & Outcomes

• Standardizefor scale. Restructure operations across our locations to create consistentprocesses, structures, and standards that support continued growth.
• Integrateacquisitions. Lead the operational integration of newly acquiredbusinesses, bringing their people, processes, and systems into the JM TestSystems way of working.
• Drivefinancial performance. Deliver EBITDA and revenue to plan across alllocations through smart pricing, expanded service offerings, sales strategies,and cost control.
• Growmarket share. Work with the CRO and Director of Marketing on digitalstrategy, new market segments, product category management, strategicpartnerships, and brand visibility.
• Delightcustomers. Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through regularsurveys, feedback, faster turnaround, and prompt issue resolution.
• Makeoperations more efficient. Streamline processes, automate tasks, implementtechnology, and optimize resources to improve order fulfillment and calibrationand repair turnaround times.
• Lead asafety-first culture. Ensure every location meets safety programs, audits,and inspections, and stays compliant with industry regulations and companypolicies.
• Buildhigh-performing teams. Set clear goals, coach and develop leaders,recognize performance, and improve engagement and retention across the network.

WhatYou Bring

• Required:MBA or a similar advanced degree in business or a related field.
• Required:Proven experience leading operations across multiple locations, withaccountability for P&L, EBITDA, and revenue results.
• Required:Track record of standardizing and scaling a growing multi-locationbusiness, including integrating acquisitions.
• Required:Strong business and financial insight, with the ability to use data andmarket trends to guide pricing, service offerings, and strategy.
• Required:Track record of improving efficiency, turnaround times, and customersatisfaction through process and technology, and of developing talent andbuilding engaged teams.
• Required:Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers,leaders, and teams at every level.
• Preferred:Experience in rental, calibration, testing, or industrial services.
