You will partner with leadership, design scalable analytics tools and dashboards, and apply AI and predictive modeling to key business questions. The role offers growth, collaboration with data engineers, and a path to build a data-centric function from scratch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of analytics or data science experience with actionable insights.
• Experience implementing AI-driven analytics or predictive models in a business setting.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Looker; SQL, Python, R; collaboration with Data Engineering.
• Excellent communication and project management skills; knowledge of data governance and quality.
• Master's preferred and experience building/leading a team.
• Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure and ETL/data warehousing.

JobSummary — The Opportunity

We're ready to make data a core part of how JM Test Systems makes decisions, and we're looking for the person to lead the way. As our Analytics Manager, you'll be a strategic thought partner to leaders across the company and help tackle our biggest opportunities.

In this role, you will build a new analytics team from the ground up, deliver high-impact analysis, and create the tools, dashboards, and automated reporting that put insights in everyone's hands. Reporting to our VP of Corporate Strategy and Development, where you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow, and partnering closely with Data Engineering, you'll bring AI and predictive modeling into how we work and set the standard for data-driven decisions across the organization.

KeyResponsibilities & Outcomes

• Champion data-driven decisions. Promote the use of analytics across departments so strategies and decisions are backed by accurate, timely insight.
• Solve the biggest problems. Partner with leaders to understand their needs, translate them into technical requirements, and deliver tailored analytics and AI-powered solutions.
• Build tools people use. Design and maintain analytics tools and automated dashboards that give stakeholders at every level accessible, actionable insight.
• Strengthen our data foundation. Work with Data Engineering to build and optimize data views that ensure accessibility and integrity for analytics and AI.
• Put AI to work. Implement LLM-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and new AI approaches that unlock deeper insight, and evaluate emerging tools to keep us ahead.
• Build and lead a new team. Demonstrate the value of analytics, define roles, recruit to talent, and mentor a collaborative team as it grows in advanced analytics and AI.

What You Bring

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, BusinessAnalytics, Math, Sciences, or a related field.
• Required: 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, with a track record of insights that lead to action and results.
• Required: Experience implementing AI-driven analytics, machine learning, or predictive models in a business setting.
• Required: Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R), plus experience partnering with Data Engineering on data views.
• Required: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to explain complex insights to non-technical leaders, and a solid grasp of data governance and quality.
• Preferred: Master's degree and proven experience building and leading a new team.
• Preferred: Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data warehousing and ETL.
