Job summary

Twitch is seeking a Senior Manager of Business Development in San Francisco to build, manage, and scale strategic partnerships that advance our product initiatives and business goals. You will lead cross-functional efforts across product, legal, marketing, partnerships, and sales to close complex deals with major tech and consumer partners.

The role emphasizes relationship building, financial modeling, and the creation of innovative deal structures.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in business development, B2B partnerships, product and platform partnerships, and/or partnership GTM management.
Experience partnering with legal teams to negotiate and contract agreements.
An understanding of Twitch's products and its business model.
The ability to develop recommendations in highly ambiguous environments.
Experience and comfortability working with technical product teams.

Responsibilities

Identify, source, and close high-impact partnership agreements with diverse companies from initial negotiations through execution.
Lead multiple engagements across business categories with financial modeling, legal reviews, co-marketing discussions, and P&L reporting.
Explore growth opportunities with a solid business case, sizing, financial projections, and risk considerations.
Build external partner relationships, aligning goals and strategy with partner needs and Twitch objectives.
Articulate product vision and strategies to internal and external partners using market insights and customer feedback.
