Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Melbourne, FL seeks a proactive Lead, Talent Management to drive talent development, leadership programs, and succession planning in CHQ. You will partner with enterprise HR, COE, and business leaders to deliver engagement initiatives and organizational effectiveness across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes executive collaboration, program management, and data-informed decisions to optimize talent strategies and outcomes across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 9+ years of relevant experience; a graduate degree with 7+ years; or 13+ years in lieu of a degree.
• DoW/defense contracting experience or highly regulated industry preferred.
• Master’s or MBA in HR, Organizational Development, or related field preferred; HR certification such as SHRM-SCP/CPHR desirable.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on talent strategy, succession planning, and organizational development.
• Experience managing enterprise talent reviews, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage CHQ talent catalog, including development programs, 360 reviews, and workshops; coordinate planning, registration, materials, and outcomes.
• Track participation and outcomes using HR systems and surveys; analyze trends to inform recommendations.
• Provide HR resources and coordination across CHQ with leaders and employees.
• Manage early career HR leadership development and internship programs; oversee strategy, timelines, and communications.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports to show progress and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate executive talent slating with Corporate HR leadership and regional HR partners.
• Lead the global HR forum by coordinating agendas, communications, and follow-up with regional HR leaders.
• Support talent reviews and succession planning with data, materials, and follow-up actions.
